Operational Division Heads

Matthew Vincent is the Divisional Manager (LG PDP).

His responsibilities include corporate business development of all Digital Display Devices and distribution of LG Plasma screens. Matthew also supervises the development of AV integration business for the company.

Jossy's major responsibilities are to formulate product and price strategies of the division in liaison with the brand strategy adopted by the pricipal company. He plays major role to ensure that the brand objectives like market share, revenue share and related aims are achieved in line with the division/company objectives.
 
His educational background includes a Masters in Business Administration, PG Diploma in Personnel Management and he also holds a Bachelor of Law (LLB) degree from a reputed institution. 

Ahmed Ashraf is currently the Business Head - Mobile & Olympus Division in Al Sayegh Brothers. Prior to this he was part of the Management team that created the Company and launched HTC Smart Phones in the GCC Region.

He has been in the Telecom industry for the last 12 years working in sales, marketing and business development roles for Siemens Mobile & Orascom Telecom. He has launched Mobile Phone Brands in UAE, GCC, South Africa (SADC), East Africa, Pakistan and Afghanistan. Ahmed started his career in Media & Advertising and has been a part of Ogilvy & Mather and Team Y&R. He has worked on International Brands like Nestle, British American Tobacco, Colgate-Palmolive to name a few. His last position in advertising industry was Group Account Director for Team Y&R.Ahmed Holds Masters in Business Administration & Bachelors in Law degrees.

Linus manages Olympus Imaging, KliK Retail Chain and DigiCube Photo Kiosks. His major responsibilities are to develop the vision and formulate strategies for the business, including the development and implementation of organisational plans for business expansion and creation of new business opportunities.

His educational background includes Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing Management and MBA (Marketing and Finance) from Bombay University.  He is a member of the American Marketing Association, U.S.A., the Market Research Society, U.K. and the Institute of Management, U.K.

Shivaraj is responsible for creating brand equity for E4U, working on its expansion, implementing best practices from the retail industry, formulate & implement sales strategies, establishing a retail structure (buying, merchandize planning, sales, etc.).

He has attended numerous training programs in the areas of management, sales, distribution, SAP, etc. 

Nisar Khan is the Regional Sales Manager having re-joined Al Sayegh Brothers Group in 2001.

He is responsible for the development and increasing the sales turnover, introducing new dealer accounts, initiating new distribution channels together with supervising and cultivating existing dealer accounts.

His education portfolio includes a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Karachi.

Mr. Ehsan Al Sayed
Manager - Marine Division

Ehsan is working in the capacity of a Marine Division Manager with Al Sayegh Brothers. His responsibilities include handling all sales and distribution related to Tohatsu motors. With his extensive experience and a comprehensive awareness of marine engines, Ehsan has imparted a new look to Tohatsu.

Ehsan has completed Associated Business Management Degree with Marketing from Education Direct Centre for Degree Studies (USA). In addition, he also holds a Diploma in Import/Export Management from Delhi Institute of Management & Services (India).

Huzefa is the Divisional Manager for Export and Xm Car Infotainment. Al Sayegh Brothers is the Middle East distributor for this line-up of car monitors and DVD players from Korea.

Huzefa brings on board a vast experience of working 15 years in the region building a robust network of clients. Huzefa holds a Masters in Electronics from an eminent Institute in India.

Functional Division Heads

Mr. Sunil K. Chopra, a qualified chartered accountant joined the group as Chief Financial Officer on 1st February 2007.

During his career in finance over the 30 years, he has had the opportunity to work with professional firms, in the service industry, in manufacturing as well as diversified trading operations.

Sunil also undertakes overall responsibilities of finance and accounts of the Group's affiliated companies known as Hafet Electrical LLC (distributor of Haier products), Genesis Integration LLC (System Integration Providers).

Fakhruddin S. Hussain joined as a Financial Controller and was later promoted as the Director of Finance and Operations owing to his contribution to the business. He is in charge of the entire range of operations related to Finance and Accounting, in addition to Distribution and Service Center of Al Sayegh Brothers Trading LLC, E4U as well as Al Sayegh Imaging. He is actively involved with functioning of the 'Internal Audit and Business Control' function within the organization. The major responsibilities are to develop and implement policies & procedures in line with IFRS and introduce best practices, business planning and budgeting, feasibility for new business, management reporting, cost controls, optimum utilization of financial resources, manage warehousing/distribution function and more.

Fakhruddin specializes in accounting, strategic and financial planning, reporting, budgeting, business controls and internal auditing. In his last assignment, he worked for a leading retailer as a Finance Manager where he effectively handled all above-mentioned functions.

His educational background includes a Chartered Accountancy qualification from India, in addition to being rank holder in Bachelor of Commerce.

Kavita was appointed the Group Marketing Manager in November 2007.

Kavita heads the marketing department and is incharge of the entire company's portfolio of brands. She oversees various marketing activities like PR, CRM, Web Management and Events besides the regular above-the-line and below-the-line marketing activities. Her job profile includes interacting with various leading retailers in the market, sealing negotiations and creating promotional plans.

Kavita's academic background includes an EMBA and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree from prominent universities.

Waleed was appointed as a Legal Consultant and his responsibilities include following up on cases and various issues involving litigation and defense at Al Sayegh.
He has a wealth of experience working in various legal firms and holds a Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB).
